The Vault implements a familiar file cabinet model illustrated to the right. The user can specify and name file cabinets as needed. Each file cabinet can contain any number of file drawers. File folders are inserted into the drawers. Finally binders are added to the folders. Any number of objects can be stored in a binder. Users with the proper privilege can easily manipulate the layout to make it fit business needs. Records are the smallest retrievable entity. Scanned images, CAD files and, indeed, any kind of file and any number of files and associated markups can be saved in an ImageSuite Vault record. Keywords can be assigned to binders. This feature allows the user to associate binders regardless of their hierarchical storage classification Strong integration with MultiView and ScanToNotes complete the package to provide an easy to implement, flexible document management system.
