A to Z

With the recent addition of Zimbabwe, countries from A to Z are now using ScanToNotes. It's exciting to be truly worldwide!

ScanToNotes with Image Import

ScanToNotes will be adding image import as an option. Testing is presently in progress.

ScanToNotes with Adobe PDF format now available

ScanToNotes now offers PDF output as an option. Now ScanToNotes can scan, create PDF image files and attach them to Notes in one step.

The scanned images can be viewed and distributed across all platforms.

Enhanced import now offered

ScanToMail and ExperScan always were capable of importing scanned images into the Body Rich Text Field field of a mail or other document. The advantages of importing include the ability to view a scanned image as soon as it is added to the document. The Notes client and may other mail clients render it as integrated with the document. No need to open a separate viewer.

Now enhanced functionality which provides importing into any Rich Text Field is available. Currently enhanced import is only available with ScanToNotes with PDF. It will soon be also available with ExperScan.

Next ScanToNotes product: ExperScan

Our new scanning product, ExperScan, is a complete, customizable scanning application that works in conjunction with the Lotus Notes client. In addition, ExperScan is an ActiveX server, so you can build scanning into your own customized application. To facilitate this, we are providing extensive documentation and sample code.

WebView DWF support

Autodesk® has developed DWF as a secure way to display AutoCAD and other CAD drawings over the web. WIth WebView (and MultiView), not only can you view your DWF drawings, you can mark them up too. Mark ups, which are stored as separate files, are valuable in many types of collaborative situations such as sales engineering, maintenance logging, etc.
